Today I will talk a little more about tips to improve the energy level and as a result of joy. And as we said in the previous video, your energy is very much associated with your joy. You’re exhausted, it’s hard to even laugh, when you’re tired it’s hard to even laugh.
So if you have practices in your day to day life that your energy level is down there, it’s hard to be happy, it’s hard to be happy. So you can do things that produce hormones that change your state, which puts you in better energy, and puts you on the highest level of joy. Do you know one of them? Physiology. When you change physiology, what is physiology? It’s the position that I stand for.
Look, if I’m bowed, I’m sad. You’re going to look at me and say, “Wow, Leia’s sad.” If I am upright, go look and say, “Wow, Leah is happy.” So when I change my physiology, I change the message I send to my body, to my brain, you know? And then I produce some wellness hormones.
Did you know that if you stay, for example, five minutes in the position of the superman or wonder woman, that empowered position, you produce testosterone. Is not that amazing ?! It is wonderful. Such a simple thing. When you call the CVV, for example, the person is thinking about suicide, she calls the CVV, the person says to her: “where are you looking?” She says, “Down.” You know one of the instructions the person has is “look up”.
When you look up you change your emotional state. Seriously! Simple things. The change in physiology changes your emotional state. It changes all energy, changes your level of joy. And another thing, people, physical activity. Physical activity is proven to be a resource that fills you with dopamine, fills you with substances, produces positive substances in your body. Physical activity, health anytime, any look.
Choose a physical activity that you enjoy, it does not have to be bodybuilding, do not. If you are bodybuilder do it, but if you just think of gym it makes you nervous, agony, choose another, dance, fight, walk on the street, run … But make physical activity a practice.
