Stop Saving Love

So we’re going to talk about the economy of love. The economy of love is a very interesting thing, because it does not happen much because you determine, it is not much of a choice, I will not give much love. In fact, sometimes there is fear of loving.

Often when you realize that you are beginning to like someone, it is as if a bell rings inside you: “danger!” “Danger!” “Danger!” Because at some point in your life, and that moment may have been well into childhood, you felt your love betrayed, your trust betrayed. And then you created a fear, of loving and expressing that love. To talk I love you, to have an affection, to have a care.

You need to understand that one day this happened, but that does not necessarily need to keep happening. Because when you give love, and that I am speaking here of attitudes not only of feelings, because we first have the attitude of love and this nourishes a feeling of love. So when you love you you get rich. Rich with joy and well-being, rich with a look at yourself.

And that does what? Nurture your love for you, which grows as well. Now, when you are afraid of loving you restrict your attitudes, your expressions, your words, you live in fear and you end up restricting a lot of good things to your life. So if there is something that is not to economize is love. Give it a try. Go slowly, go slowly, but love.

Love with truth, love with the heart, love yourself and overflow this love for the other. Do not let fear keep you from walking, from growing up and being happy. Do not live in debt, spend, spend, waste lots of love. That’s what I want for you.
