Who are you, really”?

We’ll talk about who you really are. Why are we going to talk about it? Because sometimes we spend our whole lives without knowing who we really are. We are already growing compared to other people. We grow up listening to everyone tell us who we are.

You are intelligent, you have difficulty learning, you are sulking, you are taken, you are quarrelsome you are not studious or you are capricious …. We pass, we grow up listening to what the other has to say about us .

And we’re kind of accepting it. Driving in front of it. And then we end up failing to realize who we really are. Our qualities, our beauties, the things that we want to change in people. Really. Not based on what the other is talking about. And you know how well I know the way I see myself? That’s when I observe what I say to myself, how I treat myself.

What I say to myself is usually a thought, or at times of a lot of anger, a lot of sadness, I can verbalize “I’m an idiot”, you understand? “I messed up,” “I screwed up” … So that’s what I think of myself, that’s what I say to myself. “Oh you can not take it any longer, do not let the other suffer.” Ah, so I can take it, do not let the other suffer?

How am I treating myself, what am I talking to myself? And then I’ll see the way I see myself, not how I really am. To know what I really am, you have to start respecting me, treating me with respect. I treat myself with respect when I stop talking bitter, bad, negative things about me. Then I begin to respect myself. And as I begin to change my thinking, my talk about me …

When I begin to respect myself, my attitudes begin to change, my attitudes become respectful for myself. And I start to set the other’s limit for me, and limit myself to me. Because it is no use wanting to set the other’s limit for me, if I do not have the slightest limit with me, if I treated myself, or I feel like crap. And nobody’s trash. No one was born to be unhappy, no one is inferior, no one is small.

You are great, you were born to shine, you were born to fly, you were born to manifest good and positive things that help you and help the world. So, you’re never “that stupid”, “that idiot”, “what crap, I only deserve the worst”. Never! You deserve the best. You just have to see. See who you really are. So, if you respect yourself, notice how you are talking to you, how you are treating yourself, and determine that you will change that. Then life will change too. Who are you, really? Do you know?
