3 Questions That Will Change Your Day
Today I brought you three questions that can change your day. Really. And you should make it a practice, in the morning and in the afternoon, to choose a schedule if you ask these three questions. Are not mine. Those questions are from Anthony Robbins, who is an author I really like. So you first ask yourself this: what am I thankful for in my life? We did a video back there talking about gratitude.
It does not have to be a giant thing, no. Choose one thing, two things or three things, but that makes you really grateful. Avoid the speech. I say that a lot, because that’s when you know what you should be grateful for, but it’s not. That’s not what we’re talking about, we’re talking about the feeling of gratitude. What am I grateful for at this moment? At that moment, through the air. I can breathe, I do not need a breathing apparatus. Oh, thank God, I’m so grateful.
What am I grateful for? So beautiful sun, what a beautiful sun, I am grateful for it, beautiful! So what am I grateful for? Feel the feeling of gratitude.
The second question. What am I proud of at the moment? What makes me feel proud right now? What do you feel proud about right now? Not the pride we call a defect. I’m not talking about it, I’m talking like that, with pride. I really feel proud because I got here. Wow, I’ve faced so many fights, I feel so proud. For my son, my son did several things. I feel proud for my partner, for my mother, I feel so proud of the work I have … This is the second question.
The third question is: What do I enjoy now? What do I enjoy at this point in my life? Of everything in my life, in that moment that gives me pleasure? What gives me joy? It gives me joy coconut water that I can drink, at that moment gives me much joy. It gives me joy to have a very comfortable bed to sleep in. I’m telling you this because it really gives me joy, I love it when I lie down and feel the sheet, I feel the pillow, I love it, it gives me joy.
I enjoy it in my life today. I enjoy it in my life now. It gives me great joy when my little pet animals make me party. That I feel their love, their joy because I arrived. I enjoy it in my life now. I enjoy lunch, I enjoy the water in my body when the bath falls.
What do I enjoy in my life now? And be honest. And that does not mean that you have no problem. But these questions, these three questions can change your emotional state to face any problem. First ask yourself, then face the day, then face life, then face what you have to face.
